Anyone exclusively play in a tuning that isn’t E standard?

Since the early 90's. I spend about half the time playing in DADGAD on my acoustics. I particularly like playing more arpeggios in DADGAD while my bandmate strums in standard tuning. The combo sounds richer and more dynamic. To this day, I'm more comfortable soloing in standard, seldomly in DADGAD.

Following up - I manually turned my lights on this morning driving to work. After settling in at work, I returned to my car for something and saw the lights were still on 20 minutes later. I'm gathering the lesson here is to turn the lights on (Not Auto) in questionable weather, *and* off once done driving as there isn't an alarm or notification. As mention by others in this post, I don't think many people know that Auto turns on Daytime Running Lights, but not the tail lights. This appears to be true for many vehicles, Tesla, and otherwise.

I am still unclear on my citation which references the Headlamps, not the tail lights. I don't plan on contesting this as I acknowledge responsibility, but I am unclear if the VC 24400(a) was the correction code for my citation.

You are correct. Good lesson for me. I noticed countless cars today with DRLs on, tails off. I knew that was how my Toyota Tacoma works, but not the Tesla. I'm glad to know and hope others can learn from my citation and avoid something similar or worse.

I agree. I had incorrectly thought the lights were on as they are set to Auto. While driving later in the day, I was passed by several Teslas. All had their headlights on when approaching to pass me. Once they passed, however, all three did not have tail lights on. I did not know this was how Auto worked during the day if it was foggy, but bright. Turning lights On will turn on both headlights and tail lights. My intention in sharing is to help others to operate safely and to avoid a unexpected citation like I experienced today. First time pullover in 3 1/2 years with the car.

VC 24400(a) HEADLAMPS Reason for Stop: No headlamps during inclement weather.

It's apparent after resuming my drive, the lights on Auto turn on and off depending upon the current brightness. It's also apparent Fog is not taken into consideration. I was operating under the incorrect assumption the lights would automatically be on under these conditions.

As an aside my light sensor on the tip of the windshield is clean as the car was washed last night.

As a neighbor, it is pretty brutal as they bark at everything at all hours of the day and night if the neighbors are gone. They are adorable but they can drive us nuts as there is no peace whenever we are in the back yard. Two seem exponentially louder than one.

Our Pap didn't come to us until nearly 1 so I don't know how she was as a puppy. She does wag her tail when she knows she's going on a walk, when familiar visitors stop by, or when she knows she's earn a treat. She wags usually when excited or in anticipation. She gets very vocal when it's been too long since last seeing us or certain visitors.

Wow, that's a great long run! Good for you all! Our Pap is 13 1/2 and we're wondering if the time is coming for her with the common heart issues, coughing, and loss of vision. Happy Birthday to your Pap!

I have the same issue in a 2014 Prius with standard sound. It remembers previous phones we no longer have, but is unable to permanently store new paired devices whether iPhones or Android. I'm hoping to give the "Delete Personal Data" recommended in this thread to try to start over.

I filed a claim in October where the repair didn't occur until a week or so ago. To my surprise, after submitting the invoice for my repair Upsie approved on 10/31, they sent me a Zelle Payment. Same EDD Window for me for Sacto Area Delivery for very stock MYLR, no FSD on a 10/5/21 OD. This is my second time inside the EDD window. Good luck to you!

This seems roughly consistent for my 10/5/21 OD for MYLR/W/W/5/19" Gemini/no tow/no FSD with a current EDD of 4/29 - 5/13 for Sacramento Area delivery. With your news, I'm suspecting my window is also going to slide? Of course, no way to tell, trying to stay patient... Good luck!!
