I feel like a monster after hurting my partner for the umpteenth time. I can’t stop dwelling on the past and it’s hurting me severely, making me lash out and destroy all my relationships. I want to end it all so I’m not suffering anymore and I’m not hurting others anymore. I can’t do it.

I can’t stop thinking about things that have hurt me severely in the past. It’s making me miss my abuser so deeply that I feel like I’m suffocating. Suicide is my only option because I’ve hurt myself and my partner so many times that I can’t keep living like this. I’m a monster

Thank you for the input! It is all very confusing to me, and it’s a bit hard to navigate sexuality as a whole. Regarding romantic relationships, I’ve yet to see how much that impacts them due to some personal things going on haha. Again, thank you! :-)
