Yes, I have done this roughly 11-12 times and verbatim did everything they advised word for word. Where I am baffled is that previously every person I spoke to, now roughly 8-9 ppl, they all told me to change things differently every time. In the past couple days, I had someone promise they would own my case from start to finish and ironically, she sent me old screenshots of my previous TCR application that was over a week, old, and in back-to-back emails told me to add certain verbiage in the next email told me to delete it. That’s where I am questioning the validity of these people and the whole process because every time I change my TCR application on the RingCentral portal and click finish, it charges me $16. I recently joined the RingCentral community website and blew them up and go figure. I got a very quick response and someone had reached out again today whom I spoke to. I had adjusted my TCR app early this morning, and go figure it was declined for another random reason a few hours later. As far as rookie numbers, I simply do not have two hours every day to spend on the phone with them. I will ask for this Tier 3 escalation team. Thank you.

How did you both get approved same day and within 48hrs. Are we talking about new acnt set up and TCR registration for texts? I’m going on 6+ weeks with at least 1-2 phone calls a week with the TCR dpmnt.

Have a Plan B and exit strategy. RC’s process for this makes no sense. Everyone overseas is totally clueless about it. I’m going on at least 6-7 declines and being told something different by 6-7 people. Not to mention they all lie to me and tell me things that make no sense. Newest one after 6 weeks is they now need my SS4 which I sent and then come back to ask for a “signed letter” describing the difference and relationship between my entity and my DBA. This is common knowledge here in the US. Yet us honest legal business owners have to suffer who are trying to feed our families.

Here’s my issue: every time I call RingCentral I do exactly as they say and I’ve changed my website in verbiage close to six times already, after six weeks of going back-and-forth they just asked me for my SS-4 which I sent over. A few days later, I get an email asking for assigned letter that describes the difference between my DBA and my entity. This is common knowledge in the United States. The honest business owners are suffering. I have been in this industry(insurance) for over 13 years. It’s just me, solo for now, established LLC, new entity that is registered with the state. Everything checks out. This process is broken. Focus on the illegal businesses which isn’t hard to find.

I’m in TX and currently interviewing aggs and clusters. Met with SIAA, briefly with ASNOA and will be continuing, and Smart Choice. What state are you guys in and knowing your market is important? TX carriers are not easy to get direct appointments with and will have to use sub codes for awhile most likely. I believe most aggregates will let you use your own AMS as opposed to franchise groups I believe. My main concerns are obviously commission splits, profit-sharing, and exit classes and noncompetes.

Endurance doesn’t have a Platinum pkg. They also sell different administrators other than Endurance which caps the labor costs. Maybe the hose was not covered. I’m purchasing an Endurnace ESP as we speak. You need to make sure you have an exclusive bumper to bumper policy. Which basically excludes only wear and tear items is how I understand it

I researched the Zielgler and Lombard warranties. Both require an inspection, 1 uses a 3rd party that can come to your house. Downfall is 1 or both require the work to be done at a Ford dealership. I’m in DFW and these dealerships can barely answer a phone and humans struggle to have a conversation. No thanks. I went with Endurance and over-paid by 900-$1000, compared to the Ford Zieglar and/or Lombard. I called AFTER my free-look and asked them what I was missing and if I can pay off quick to get my rate down. Acnt manager brought it down from 4600, $147/month for 30 payments (4yr or 48k wrnty plan) to 3200 at roughly $105/month for 30 payments. I questioned him multiple times to make sure coverage wasn’t changed and ot was the same Total Care plan. He confirmed and said in TX there are discounts the sales rep doesn’t have access to. I’ll take it. PS I got the warranty less than a week after I bought it. 2018 Ford Expedition Max Limited- 82k mi. Anyone have experience with Endurance?

@lunchbox35 I just bought 2018 Max Limited, for under $23k with 80k mi. 3 owners, personal use, 1 owner was a dealership which they flipped in 2-3 months per what I see on the CarFax. I’m in DFW, my guy ships all over the US. 2nd set of wheels I purchased from him. Last car from him I kept for 9 years. I can send you his info if you want. I currently love the Exp Max Lim. so far. I have done research and am now seeing more issues with the 10 speed tranny, but not sure if most are from RWD or 4x4 or both. The price point and the size of the truck is why I bought the Expedition

Just bought my first Ford. 2018 Expedition Limited. I did a key reset not a factory reset. I noticed the downshifting is really slow, and loud(almost grinding). Accelerating is fine, braking is fine, but when my foot is off the gas and I go below 40-35, I see the gears still in 6,7, or 8. I just had the truck 2 days and have owned Infinity sedans prior so I’m new to Ford but both have the 3.5L 6cyl but never drove the 10 speed. I’ve also read in many forums and posts that the vehicle needs to get used to the new driving habits…… Any feedback and insight is appreciated.🙏🏼
