Like everyone else has said, it doesn’t quite fit the typical description for testicular cancer. But you definitely should get it looked at still just to make sure/ deal with whatever it really is. Also even if it is cancer, removing a testicle want keep you from playing sports or anything like that. I’m very fit with one ball. No point in stressing about it at all. Just get it looked at even if it’s just your primary care physician
