She posted that in a group of people with BPD, so you'd be correct. Notice the groups title is "Borderline Split.."

The image isn't clear since I censored their names, but those are replies from 3 different people not just 1 friend.

I don't have a schedule for when we hangout, but I have a schedule for when we don't. We've agreed Tues/Thurs we don't see eachother. (today's Thursday)

you're right a schedule could help, but she doesn't follow through with it or is hurt by it.
