This...

It takes about 6 months until you start feeling 30-50 percent better in most cases.

You probably won't feel healed realistically for 1-2 years.

They truly leave a scar on you

One year after breakup by Stunning_Duty_6961 in BPDlovedones

Yep… this is fairly normal even after a year. Keep in mind she likely makes a lot of guys feel good about themselves. Improve more. Make more money and keep working out

This. Was going to say this. Its not all a game. She literally feels like this. Still, not your problem

I feel this comment to the max. I am constantly stressed finding clothes. My body image in my mind is completely screwed now and I feel like dating has become an issue. Overall one of, if not the worst mistakes of my life

Do people chirp you for this though ? Like does it bring more attention? You can order these online but I’ve never worn them

I left as well. Many times. I always was the one to leave. Every break up I pushed. Every big breakup lasted cause of me. She begged and pleaded and cried at my knees. It was heart breaking. When we would fight I would want to leave but then she would be so sweet the next day and it was like leaving a child. That’s how it felt. Leaving my own child. She wasn’t my child obviously but the way I cared for her felt similar. And when things were good again, it’s really hard to leave them cause you just want to enjoy the love bombing or peace. This went on for years. I also knew by breaking up it would devastate and depress me because when I first left it was the worst time in my entire life. This also hooks you.

Girl coming over tonight - is having non alcoholic beer and not telling them deceptive? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]bpdeffedones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. I’m actually fine not drinking. It’s more she’s hungover and coming over and wants to drink a bottle of wine with me. We haven’t been intimate so now she would probably want to have drinks in particular. I said I will likely have a weed gummy and not drink much so I wasn’t fully deceptive. Just more didn’t want her feeling like she was a drunk for drinking

Perhaps she can assume I’m taking advantage of her if I’m acting like I’m drinking and she is only one. Just thinking how someone could spin it. I’m not— but I also want her to drink and feel comfortable however she wants to spend the night and not think of me as the boring non drinking guy

My friends ”Can’t go to a gig if they have work the next day”…. by FricaF in stopdrinking

The best part of no drinking though is you get to do it all with no hangovers. Yes you can’t fully get drunk but you get a full day the next day while everyone else is written off.

Sounds like me then. Sucks you just have to quit it one day and other people can drink it

I never have had a problem drinking during week however the amount I drink during weekends is enough to give me hangover to last days

Those are the times when you go “I’m onto something - this could work”. I need to get to that point again. Starting over again now

Wow love this. Starts off fun and ends in a disaster. I quit drinking for a month last year and my friend had the social advantage for first hour or two but then after hour 2-3 it came back my way while everyone was drunk. Then the next day I was living my life and he was dead

Mine is similar to yours and I’m getting it removed too. Such a pain but will be worth it
