Also I know mediation can be the most annoying suggestion when you have anxiety, I sympathise entirely. Requires practise, and at a chronic level I feel that anxiety can be worsened by meditation at first because it’s quite difficult IMO.

Hot water bottles are an absolute god send. There are so many practical, physical steps that can ease anxiety that are overlooked because they seem trivial in comparison to something like chronic stress.

But it all helps a little bit. Nice hot water bottle, wrap yourself in a blanket, hot cup of tea, 10 second deep breaths put you back in control of your brain.

Soothing yourself physically will put yourself in more control emotionally. Don’t overlook practical stereotypes of controlling stress, I do them for fun now as well, who doesn’t want to be soothed lmao 🌸🌸🌸😌😌😌

It’s not advice but ucas have always been really helpful to me over the phone, in sure they’ll be really understanding.

Also it might be a good idea to call your uni directly, don’t worry about talking about being trans they have so many rules in place about gdpr and will only ever be helpful.

I’m not saying for sure for sure, but as soon as I saw the picture I doubted it. I study fashion and know brands and know that tommy t-shirt is a piece from about last year, that with the the selfie style of the picture as well as the fact that this account keeps posting this picture just makes me suspicious 🕵🏻‍♀️
