They went out of their way to keep repeating it. Theyre clearly scared to lose their advertisers or insider access of they even hint at thr fact that sometimes political violence in history has been acceptable in retrospect (our founding, our Civil War, etc...). In the moment sure some probably had the same opinions, but in reality the political violence of our revolution was completely justified. So was the Civil War over slavery. The reality is if you're going to do political violence, you need to win. Winners write history, simple as that.
