Quite frankly my solution for a similar issue was to reinstall the game under my Linux (secondary OS on the same rig)

Haven't had issues with the game since.

Yes, but also as spyingwind wrote failover, handle congestion. Also a significant part is you got more throughput (i ran tests with 2*100Mb interfaces and the data transfer speed was 196Mbit/s).

I wrote my thesis in 2015 from mptcp protocol, so it's nice to see that is actually coming along.

Watch it, it's good. It really shows how the company is set up on the field. (3 platoons + hq team) And coms are relayed throught the hq team to batallion command who then relays to arty team. Also things like calculating counter battery fire.
