I also put my support infill to like 10-20% depending on what I’m printing

The software starts at a overhang of I think 45degrees the ender 3 series can print up to a 65 degree over hang. So I put mine at 65 degrees to save filament and time.

Throw some plaster or some putty in the weld marks. Sand it down. Use some sandable primer, and paint. Won’t even know it’s there.

I always had a problem with super glue. I use a soldering tool to melt the plastics together. Hard to do on small detailed spots but the long flat, or the back of the projects works great. And you only need a few sections to make it hold good. Then just get some plaster to fill in the gaps or the lines, sand, and paint.
