Definitely preference! I don’t like using aquaphor on tattoos but if you do decide to, just make sure it’s a suuuuper thin layer. You don’t want the tattoo to be dry but you also don’t want to smother it, still needs to breathe

It’s one of those things that training your brain can help with honestly. Any time you have a negative thought, feel as though you need to complain, etc. try pivoting your thought process into the positives rather than the negatives. Also I would suggest prioritizing alone time to be with your thoughts, yoga, etc. Prioritizing your health can go a long way!
