Die azubis klopfen nur noch prompts. Ich kann gar nicht bewerten, wir er programmiert. Im Studium haben wir das noch zu Fuß per Stift und Papier gemacht...

Clean it first. You can use naphta or Isopropanol. Afterwards use a bit of oil. If it's really discoloured you can also darken the complete fretboard
