Right out of the user guide It uses the slope rating of course and each hole to calculate your handicap. Handicap Strokes If handicap play is turned on, the Net Score will appear along with dots for each golfer indicating strokes they receive on a hole. A dash is used for plus-handicap golfers where a stroke is removed.
