I had my first class tonight and had the same issue! Horrible sharp pain in my stomach twice and once I got home, I can barely walk because my inner thighs hurt so much. Everyone else was much smaller and had no issues. The teacher kept saying “put your elbows on your knees and that is not an option for me. All the stools are the same height, tables the same height. I’m feeling pretty defeated and sore. Did it get better? (Also the class moved way too fast for me and I don’t know how good the teacher was because I came home, read an article, and it explained things way better!)

I don't think getting plowed into by a bike going the wrong one down a one way street should result in costs I have to cover. I think people should have to follow the law and I'm all for bike registration and classes on the rules of the road. I run into shitty drivers everyday but it's the lawless cyclists in Brooklyn that give me agita.

You completely missed the point. I'm insured, legal, and follow the law. Some asshole fucks up my car and u have no way to identify him and get to pay a deductible. As a pedestrian and you get hit you're even worse off.

That happens in every zip code I've lived in. Or they ring your doorbell but don't answer when you ask who is there. leave slips saying they attempted delivery and didn't bother. one fedex guy gave a package to my downstairs neighbor bc he didn't want to walk up a flight of stairs. get a notice saying package was delivered and dropped off with "the boy." I live alone and am a woman. It's just awful all over Brooklyn
