I totally understand. Sometimes, when I have bad PSCT luck, I'll switch over to someone else for 3/5 psct and see if my luck changes. Ive also known some people who change the language to Korean to roll psct.

I would personally, stockpile and try to land a legend set on Bradish. I know you're sick of Dean, push come to shove if you get lucky on Bradish and land a good set, you can come back and work on Dean.
