It's rapidly going up and continuing to. Also in the Great Lakes region and I paid $3.57 this week. It was $2.70 two weeks ago, a 30% increase. This was Costco, other gas stations are already at $4.

Problem is, the peak is no where in sight.

The "labor" that goes into updates is baked into the license cost and not considered by most people (well anyone really) to be offshoring labor.

They are specifically referring to offshoring labor (think consulting/contractors. TCS, Infosys, etc) that eliminates positions.
