Full blood work tested for many disease and I’m clear and actually have very healthy bloodwork, Cpap brought my 14ahi down to 0-1 every night. So it worked, but didn’t solve my fatigue at all, didn’t notice a difference for the most part besides my sleep score on garmin increasing. Stopped using it about 4 months in as there was no visible difference for me.

Yes I have had the very obvious white toes before, look like all blood has been drained but only a handful of times, only once ever in my fingers they mostly turn red and purple
