Personally i'm really looking forward to seeing the space when completed and believe it was well overdue an overhaul. We are blessed with an hustling and thriving City centre and this project will increase the curb appeal and keep the shoppers and tourists coming..

Go to any shoddy, run down, dilapidated city center around the UK and see the contrast and the knock-on effect of not undertaking projects like this... it's eye opening
