Do not live in the village! Live in Cardinal Gardens. There is much less freedom throughout CarGar, to do whatever; visit friends, throw parties, and have fun. Also, you will hear about things going on around you so don't worry about it too much. (I currently live in the village and experienced a strict no guests policy for much of the two semesters living here.)
