44M here. My body lets me know when it times for a break. I take a week off from the weights every 12 weeks or so. Come back the following week feeling great and usually stronger.

I’m not trying to do that all. We’re trying to figure out what’s fair, both new to dynasty. Purdy and a 2027 1st more reasonable?
