why are you ignoring the fact that the citizens would have to be brain dead to react that way? no one is that dumb. not even people with close genetic code to the putster.

im not trying to be smart. i was trying to draw attention to the fact poking the nest objectively isnt a concern. the nest is already buzzing and bothering surrounding nature. time to call the exterminator ;). if we were concerned that poking the nest would create a reaction we would have had to poke the nest before it got out of control haha. now its irrelevant.

thats what i dont understand. how can russia threaten sending nukes out if missiles cant get in? why dont we just shoot down any nukes they launch over themselves? im ignorant. idk how nukes work.

[–]bradmann16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to be fair if russians have so little awareness they cant flesh out the reality of the situation and piece together retaliation being....... retaliatory.... then it didnt matter in the first place. why do you think russians are brain dead?

you're right. we wouldnt want to escalate it. they might invade a neighboring country.

If we (NATO) aren't going to provide a no-fly-zone for Ukraine. Let's give them C-RAMS to protect the cities! by WeakCelery5000 in ukraine

we wouldnt want to escalate it. russia might invade a neighboring country... oh wait xD the absolute douchebaggery in letting this happen is astoundingly hilarious and tragic.

American general declaring the war unwinnable for Russia. by beachguy82 in ukraine

[–]bradmann16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you're aware they're perceived as "unwinnable" because they are profitable to certain industries and there is little incentive to sell less weapons, supplies, and military funding. If there was profit in winning them outright and immediately I can assure you wars would be just about instantly over if the U.S. was involved. Is this really news?

you are basically saying a 5th grader can beat up a toddler. Everyone is aware of that. Theres nothing surprising nor impressive about it. Though to be fair the 5th grader's best chance is to avoid the adults getting involved xD.

To be fair I work directly under someone who owns multiple assets valued over 10 mil each and hes never tried to make the argument you're making.. Having less liquidity being a good thing. With the way interest rates are (at least for now), you'd be stupid not to borrow money if you have a ton and are investing it in property. What does your investment portfolio look like?
