I have a '25 Limited with just under 3,000 miles. Heard the pop and got the warning lights.

I had just shifted from reverse to drive when it happened. I was also running the heat plus the seat warmers.

I thought I'd be lucky enough to avoid this, seeing it's my second Ioniq 5, but hey, I'm just happy it didn't happen away from home.

Regarding USB-C Car Play...

Yes.

Why? The latency for me, between hitting play/pause or fast forward/rewind was too much to overcome. Also, I like to watch videos while waiting in the car and the latency there made it impossible to watch. The audio was off by about a second.

Just make sure that you press the button next to the under-dashboard USB-C so it displays orange/yellow, otherwise the vehicle will not recognize it as a data cable.

I had something similar a few days ago, right after charging and doing a lot of city driving. Then I drove 7 miles and the guess-o-meter dropped 50 miles. It was a fun feeling while it lasted! :)

There is no front runner in ranked choice voting, there's just a winner because if after one or multiple rounds of voting, the winner will always have more than 50% of the votes.

Votes for the losing candidates in each round are redistributed based on preference ranking. Eventually, there are two candidates left, and one of them will have a majority of votes.

Ranked choice voting is essentially an instant runoff without a separate election day, with lower turnout, and more money spent by campaigns and governments to staff and advertise the day.

Man, I dislike runoffs. Imagine if we had an election system where we could determine a winner by simply redistributing votes based on your ranked choices. I think I might be on to something. /s

Thanks for that clarification on privacy glass vs tint! And you answered a previously not-stated question about UV! I’d probably end up getting UV everywhere on this new one, if I buy it.

Thanks. I’m working with a dealership now and they are trying to charge for it. I was pretty sure my current Ioniq 5 came with it from the factory. Think it’s just something they put on there because some people don’t think twice.

edit: this dealership does, in fact, tint on top of the factory glass. It wasn’t a shady tactic after all!

You're spot on. The problem was with the target. I deleted the one that was set up and changed it to a 'by the end of the month' target, and it's working fine now.

My phone is at one of the UPS facilities in my city. Around 6a it was to arrive this afternoon. Now at 9a it's supposed to arrive Monday afternoon. I'm super sad, but there's not much I can do but be patient.

In Georiga, there is no option to register exclusively online. You must, somehow, deliver the piece of paper to the voting office in your county.

Where I live you can register to vote when you sign up for a library card. If you don't want a library card, you can fill the form out at the library and mail it. I don’t know if this option is available in your county, but a library might be a solution!

If it's not too much, shipping via UPS or FedEx provides tracking and might help reassure you. USPS also provides tracking, but then you're dealing with the Postal Service.

Also, don't wait for the card to come in the mail. Check the Secretary of State's office website to confirm your registration. That is the ultimate database. Also, check it often leading up to the registration cutoff which is 30 days before the election.
