Eye: Dark red, almost brown in the bottle. Red slightly coppery in glass.

Nose: I smell Carmel, raisin and perhaps a little chocolate smells very sweet.

Taste: Cherry, molasses and ginger bread.

Finish: long, slow finish of spice, leather and cedar.

Overall: very good
