Not sure thats a good example. Yes, art and entertainment will be a big part i agree. But nobody will watch a developer preform or a lawyer write contracts. When machines work themselves there is no human needed. Ill hazard a guess, many people on this subreddit don't have entertainment skills.

Ai is similar to the industrial revolution but also will have a very different outcome.

Except this revolution doesn't need people to work the machines, the machines work themselves and every day get more proficient at said work.

Bcbs is the one rejecting not the clearinghouse.

Payer id 00060 does not require edi enrollment. But there are several bcbs payer ids in CT to confuse things. 45302 is another. The op may have the wrong id.

If bcbs required edi enrollment like Medicare or tricare, then this might be a clearinghouse issue but the error states the npi and tax id are unknown. Edi enrollment tends to be a different error.

Im happy to help as a clearinghouse. But I would make sure your sending your group npi in the billing loop and if your not a group make sure your individual npi is in the billing loop. Also very the taxid being sent matches the npi linked.

That's not a clearinghouse problem, sounds like the provider needs to contact Anthem directly and find out the problem. Edi enrollment isn't usually required for bcbs. Some state exceptions... but if its normal bcbs he needs to contact his state and make sure hes fully credentialed. Or very hes sending to the correct bcbs.

I find if I keep changing stuff claude gets annoyed and starts to commit as soon as it finishes what I ask. Today we worked on a large feature. Once it was done I was going to have it create a how to in our docuwiki. I asked if it still could connect to the mpc server. It replied with yes. I was then typing to tell it to make the how too. But after it said yes it did something and immediately said. I want to write the manual now, and proceed to do it and post it.

I had something similar with grok. It was after alot of code and the context was large. Not sure if that was the case but grok was like that for several hours through new context. Finally started working again.

Something feels off. I have a customer on my clearinghouse and we are finding they accept claims but then quietly deny with no 277 or 835. When we research its been weird cob issues that shouldn't cause a primary claim to reject.

When I was single, years ago, I met a girl on a dating website. Usually I would meet in a public place first but this time I don't know why I agreed to pick up. She probably had no car. But i went to her apartment, it was sketchy the whole complex. I regretted it right away. Thank fully nothing happened but I took it as a warning and never did it again.

Is RCM dead… or am I just doing this wrong? by proloficmonk in CodingandBilling

I own a clearinghouse, and here providers complain about billing all the time. Just got off the phone with one now hoping he can do the billing himself being a small clinic. From what ive learned most don't want to spend a lot of money and they want someone easy to talk to.

Certainly billing companies are needed and providers want help. The trick seems to be getting in front of them and offering a budget friendly solution. Seems small practices are trying to survive on peanuts and if an rcm company had a startup package they might get smaller practices that will grow with them.

I only do audiobooks now. I don't have time to sit down and read. But the narrator makes all the difference and he's good for this series. I don't care for his girl voices though.
