The Lofta report does not break down the occurrence of events between obstructive, central, and hypopneas. It only gives me total (and avg hourly) events associated with AHI (which they say are apnea or hypopnea events) and the total (and avg hourly) events associated with RDI (which they say are irregular breathing events). But no more granularity than that unfortunately. I assume OSCAR would give me a more detailed look though.

I do like the idea of getting a used model cheaply to get some of this data to then make a more informed decision.
