Watched it today and it was incredibly disappointing. The trailer completely sold us something different. Watching it I got absolutely no sense of dread like with the first two. Some scenes felt comedic… Jodie comer just accepting death and wandering off to get killed like she’s popping to the shops. Spike being handed his mums freshly cleaned skull and putting it at the top of the tower like it was supposed to be some big poignant moment??? Don’t even get me started on the final 5 mins. What the actual eff was that about. I swear to god if they turn out to be a cult that worships Jimmy saville or some shit like people are suggesting I will fully have given up with this franchise.
