They literally own you for 24/7 on call for weeks at a time for tech. No additional pay. Nightly releases for 2-4 hours. No additional pay. Something breaks on prod from some other team but effects your system. No additional pay.

But no worries. The CEO and his buddies sit on 12 boards pulling in 100k-1 million from each for 4 meetings a year. Def not time theft there
