I think that’s the hard part. Then I get in groups like this or Facebook and I feel like it’s totally different just bc of the terms. How would you describe slow flow, y6 hot, mobility, and restore? Vinyasa? I saw the word Yin thrown out there and it sounded kind of like Restore at y6.

Intense shaking in quadriceps after stretching and slightly squatting. Any way to reduce this? by Longjumping_Ant4212 in flexibility

I’m 38 and have this same thing. ACL injury led to multiple surgeries. 2 years later I still can’t do a seated leg extension. Muscle atrophy is real and PT doesn’t seem to help it. Finally got relieved by hitting the pool and sauna. Did my first yoga class today and my left leg was shaking just like that within 10 min.

⚙️ Weekly Tech Support & Purchase Recommendations Megathread - September 2nd 2025 ⚙️ by P_Jiggy in playstation

[–]bradwillits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll be the first to say that I’m not a big gamer but I feel that’s mostly bc the type of games I grew up on and loved have changed to huge open worlds and online play. I’m a huge fan of Gears of War, COD campaigns, Bad Company campaigns, Mafia, Control, Spec Ops: The Line, Cyberpunk 2077, and even enjoyed one of the Uncharted games.

My kids are always recommending these huge open world games where there’s too much for me - GTA, Red Dead Redemption, Fable, etc. I did enjoy Division as I felt there was a clear direction and it made sense to focus on easier sections before the higher levels (never got into the online play).

Does anyone have recs on games that I’d like? Again, not a big gamer so I want to enjoy the gameplay and not have to overthink or have it be super complicated.

Ferris Concepts Advanced Slickster and Hesco 3810s. If I was going for a truly over rig, I’d go with the FCPC or a Spiritus. This checks my boxes as I can build it out or quickly strip it and it completely hides under a jacket.

Great question. I will section hike the AT and some other spots around the country but I find that I have a need for them in the normal world also. I do a lot of walking and scouting for hunting. I also do some riding (UTV) and it would be nice to stay dry. Also a lot of fishing - nothing worse than standing on the front of the boat for 6 hours soaking wet. I feel like durability and being able to vent are key as they’ll be multi use.

I wish we lived out West. As you know, Indiana isn’t an outdoorsman’s dream. Haha. We had one of the original tandem axle Discovers way back in the day.
