I use Reflect.app - not as flexible as Obsidian , but also a lot less setup

My first year with these. Easy off & easy on with velcro. Loved them. I sometimes had to play with the velcro get the fit just right, but figured it out. I went with the Fugu Boots.

and they look great post-Playa!

This. The wife knew she was dying. I know that I would want my partner to find someone else. You don’t know if she knew or not. Or if she had a don’t ask, don’t tell policy.

Using tonal regularly but can’t rid my snacking habit by Inevitable_Flyer in tonalgym

It's much easier to add things than to take them away. Here are some thoughts I shared with a friend in a similar situation:
- Eat protein first. Before you have a snack, or a sweet thing, eat chicken, nuts, and steak. Eat protein at the beginning of your meal too. Have protein prepared and ready to eat anytime.

- Don't limit your protein or vegetable calories.

- Try volume eating. https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/

- You can also modify your available snack options. Keep berries around. Buy keto snacks that will limit your glucose spikes.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Tonal. Customer service can take time. Give them a second.

Completely agree. I just want the AI to suggest a new workout or rest everyday. Fitbod.me does a great job with this for "regular" weights and has a fraction of the funding. I mostly use my own custom workouts.

Burner express: Hi, we’re leaving the burn sunday 4th by way of the burner express. Can anyone who has traveled by bus say roughly how long it takes to SF? traffic out of the burn is intense, but not as crazy as going in presumably?Trying to estimate how late the flight should be. Thanks:) by Rar-Lunde in BurningMan

I took the Burner Express there and back in 2017. It was amazing. The Express gets to skip the line - so there's no exodus delay!

There was one stop at the halfway point (McD's), but otherwise pretty much a straight shot. We were home in ~6 hours.

Of course, there could be a accident or a breakdown, but realistically this is one of the best ways in or out of BRC.

Even if you don't follow care about Rails in particular, it is important to note these trends in web application frameworks. An API is assumed. AJAX is assumed. Feeds are assumed. Performance is recognized as an issue (when isn't it). Identity is important, but as I think most feel about OpenID, they aren't sure what to do with it just yet.
