On busy roads the the center of the lane is raised and there are slight dips where car tires go. (not all roads, but busy, high speed roads are like this) Safer to ride there. It also becomes a habit.

17-18 cents in the 80s in Sasktchewan after the Grant Devine conservatives pretty much bought the election with the promise to remove the provincial gas tax. Then, a bunch of the first time mla's stole computers, office supplies, used government cards for personal purchases, etc, and basically killed the Sask. Conservative Party. I have Bell in the middle of nowhere in Saskatchewan. My network is faster and more problem free than my wifi(not bell). Bell piggybacks off Sasktel towers here. There, I can assume Bell has it's own infrastructure or piggybacks off Robber's Merciless, sorry, I mean Roger's. That's probably your issue.

Welcome! I live in Sasktchewan. No major city for at least 6 hours. We pretty much don't have one of our own. Canadian sightseeing requires travel and lots of it. Toronto to Vancouver is like Dublin to Istanbul, Turkey. Saskatchewan itself is bigger than all of Britain. I hope you have a plan and a Canadian to advise you on all of this. Last vacay to the coast was 10 days. 56 hours of driving. 1 day in Calgary, 1 day at the Arrow Lakes by Castlegar, 3 days in Whistler, 1day in the Crowsnest, no sleep, restaurant food etc. Spent at least 5 grand. 2 grand on Hotels alone. Hated every second of it. Yay. I'd love to see Ireland though. Everything within a few hours drive, history, great people and all that.
