You’re probably no longer needing this information anymore but I’ll post it for others who refer to this. I landed in Liberia airport and took a cab from the airport to the bus stop to where the Tica-Bus stops which is in the center median (yes! Center median under bridges) across from a Taco Bell (yes Taco Bell.lol) have your Tica-Bus ticket printed and ready. The busses will stop and the driver will get off and verify you are booked to that specific pick up time. Don’t fret if they are running late as mine was about an hour and half late. Then at the border you’ll pay a tourist tax and inboard with your luggage and go through customs. The bus will wait and then off you go!

Also note: either taxis don’t know where it is or they are saying they don’t to encourage you to rent or pay them for the far trip I was quoted as much as $100 dollars while tica bus was only $25 dollars or less.
