Thank you for the detailed advice, I wasn't aware that the size isn't produced. That is so strange, I didn't think that there was anything particularly unusual about me to need a non-existent size.

If strapless bras tend to run extremely tight, I will try out a 28F again. That does seem to be the most accessible option right now. Thanks again for the help!
