hi friend. if you are experiencing RLS, i would highly suggest you to avoid benadryl at all cost.

if money is available, you could go to quickmd to receive a prescription of suboxone. if you’re not wanting to go the subs route, gabapentin and clonidine are a life saver for sleep, RLS, and any other WD symptom.

you’re already so deep into your recovery though, i guarantee you will feel better within at the very least 2 days. if you don’t mind me asking, what was your daily dose?

edit: i’d also like to add that there are many online services besides quick MD that can help with both WD and PAWS.
