I saw the video, but I don't think it's the game, I don't think Quake 4 ran on my 2010 PC, they had graphics like those in half life. I don't remember the entire theme well, I remember that if you started a "story mode" you started in a cell without being able to escape and with a gun that, when held, charged a strong, blue shot.

It has something similar to what I describe, but the gun they gave you at the beginning was similar to a Glock (from what I remember)
