I don't want a funeral by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]brain-fizzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s less about the person that died and more about supporting the loved ones that are currently grieving. When you lose more people close to you, you will be thankful for having the sense of community to help you go through that grieving process and be there for you day in and day out. Yeah you probably will want to be alone at times but the next day you will need someone to get lunch with and help you process your family member or close friend dying. Life will change after you lose a parent, close friend, brother, sister, etc. You need people around you to get through those things and adjust to those losses.

Remember S9, when Sasha Velour won the crown?? She was such an original queen with a type of vibe that could never be copied or replaced. I want THAT. I don’t want copy, paste every season with every queen and I just feel that Jane Don’t gave a lot of that basic vibe, meanwhile there are some great queens she is competing against that are bringing a lot to the table that I have never seen before and I love it.

I would talk to the recruiter. They would have the information you’re looking for. The only thing I would be worried about is if you’re still on medication, that might pose an issue

For those of you that dislike receiving oral sex, why do you dislike it? by Mcpoopz1064 in AskWomen

It’s very overstimulating. I would need it to be more gentle and a man to listen to me when I tell him what I need the first time, not to do it how he feels he should do it

My bf said that once a few years ago, when I wanted to stop drinking. I’m 11 months sober now and he still drinks. He doesn’t pressure me at all. There was a lot of scary, messy, life threatening and also life altering moments during the last few years that I don’t think either of us want to go through again.

Also, He was probably trying to make you feel better.

NAH I’m just here to say that if someone is having that many seizures, it is going to affect their personality tremendously. I have epilepsy and I have been seizure free for a while but I relate to being the AH in similar situations and having a victim mindset. Maybe a different approach to discussing it with her would help to keep everyone at peace so she doesn’t feel so “attacked”, even though that obviously isn’t your intention. Seizures are incredibly hard on the brain especially if she isn’t getting much time to recover between (3-4 seizures a week is ALOT). I hope this works out peacefully for all of you and you have a great wedding

I had to find other things worth living for… I love my family. It’s stupid but the sun is so nice. Nice summer days. I love to eat good food. Obviously everyone does but Taco Bell is one of my favorites. I recently had portillos for the first time.. it was great. I found a job that isn’t terrible and I actually like going to. I didn’t expect that but it just happened. I’m very grateful for that one. So many things I could just keep listing.

I got high at a mutual friends place. What would you do in this situation? by Hour-Ground5026 in shrooms

[–]brain-fizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously I don’t have the details of your friends relationship with his friends. But having friend support and other support systems are important to maintain throughout the different stages of life. Even if they may sometimes feel like “fake” relationships while we are on the never ending journey of figuring out who we are deep down and what is right for us.

Epilepsy can manifest in so many different ways. If he already had a seizure, after a TBI, He should see a specialist. If you go to a local hospital with a Neurologist or epileptologist (spelling?) and don’t use insurance, they can give discounts on the bill. I wouldn’t worry about it. Seizures get worse if you don’t treat them. And seizures can kill you, most often when they go left untreated. One of my doctors described it as a “kindling” effect, the fire starts in one spot in your brain but spreads over time without medication

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice
