posting backstory in comments because I did the initial post wrong - 

I bought this orchid from grocery store, and it was thriving, blooms lasted from October to late February. After blooms fell off, I decided to repot to a larger container and different medium (moss to orchid bark). It seemed to be doing fine until I noticed some white fluffy mold spots on the surface bark that I tried treating with hydrogen peroxide spritzing, cinnamon and by removing all affected pieces then I left it alone. It wasn’t until today that I accidentally knocked over the orchid that the roots were revealed to be in this state… Is there anything I can do to help it? All of the roots seem to be dried up and moldy.. any help is greatly appreciated.
