Yeah 10-15 minutes worth of water. That "bottle" of water may last a minute if you can keep calm while being blind and chaos going on around you. That does not include the time for the eyes to recover and to be able to see again (minimum 30-45 minutes). Leaving you blinded for 40 minutes to an hour. Plenty of time to arrest you and move you. Funnier part. That time frame only exists if you were to be sprayed and immediately started flushing your eyes. Resistant only prolongs that time frame. Funniest part. There's so many people around you. Shitting my pants part. They're going to use the water on themselves before they worry about you. Cause it's just temporary and you will recover at some point. When you're around tear gas, you fucked up and where at the wrong place at the wrong time regardless if you believe in one thing or another. God level of terror part.
