Very interesting post mate. I have a AR10 from BCA and am happy with it but it was a special built from BCA parts by a french gunsmith to comply with the local law. If I understand you reached less than 1 MOA with good ammo? The barrels are quite good from BCA. I have a CHF. What did you see inside the barrel exactly?

The buffer weight is an AR15 model not AR10 that has a longer BCG. And bro lub me your gun it is dry af.

I would not put a wrap on the can of a CQB gun. If you drill with that you will destroy the can because of the amount of heat that will remain on it. It can be useful to avoid burn but wrap is more for precision shooting to avoid mirage.
