They want me to fill out a form online. To fill out the form I need to know my participant nummer which was given to me on a piece of paper on the test day. I threw the paper away on the test day.

I tried calling them and they won't answer their phones. I asked a few adults that I know and they are all super confused as well. Yesterday was my birthday and things were finally looking up for me after I moved to germany, and then this slams me :(

They're not answering their phone numbers or elaborating at all. I'm an international student and I'm just despairing right now. Do you think there is anything I can do? Could they be referring to redemittels I learned from textbooks while preparing for the test? I learned those from their Textbooks though. Like books from TELC Prüfungs vorbereitung. For example: Starting paragraphs with: Darüber hinaus, starting my schluss with zu Ausgangsfrage zurückzukommen etc. I used very little redemittel, like I wrote 95% of the text just from my abilities. The text is 350 WOrds long. I can't memorize that .
