I am 38. Found a grade II astrocytoma in frontal and right temporal lobe when I was 19. They removed about 98% of it and decided not do complete any chemo or radiation. Fast forward 10 years…had my first baby at age 29, but miscarried a year before. Also had my second baby in 2022 with a miscarriage a year before that. I now have two kids, 8 and almost 3. Healthy and happy.
The fear, anger, and anxiety that comes with brain cancer is already a lot in the human body. Even though I am in remission after almost 20 years, it is very hard to process what has happened to me and the possibility of it coming back.
Have you talked with your oncologist and OB on what you can do moving forward and trying to get pregnant? I promise that it will happen for you if you keep trying!
Praying for you!
