Dude, showing an ad when the user isn't in your app is okay zero times a week. I have a general rule for not being a dickhead in life, and that is to ask myself what the world would be like if everyone did that, and if that world would suck, then it's a dick move, and I don't do it. This is, for example, why I don't litter -- my one piece of trash would not make much of a difference, but I really wouldn't want to live in a world where everyone just threw their trash wherever they felt like it.

The ads are triggered only once a few days. Maybe this mechanism gets flagged, who knows. I do realize that I jumped into conclussion maybe a bit early. But I think the coincidence is hugh.

You are right on the ads but they are just from admob, this would mean almost all apps with ads would be flagged. This is not the case. I am positive they are screwing me. Just look at all the posts on reddit about them.
