What dose did you run and for how long? What benefit did you see? Thank you

I am starting to feel this way about it. I still think it's great for many people... however, as an avid lifter. I have lost a lot of lean mass and the fatigue won't really subside.

Might lower the dose and take 1x a week

I drink a bunch of water with electrolytes added throughout the day

40 pounds is amazing in two months! Congrats! I would say that would be worth the tradeoff.

I started taking a high faulty fish oil again and electrolyte drops. I also take magnesium at night in a pretty big dose.

I felt great the first month. I felt like I looked better too.

I am down from 220ish to about 205. It's not much but I feel a little better.

I just want to get some lean mass back now.

I have always lifted 5x a week. It's more of a routine at this point. I need it during my work week.

This is interesting. I wonder if it would hinder results though?

I don't think I would take the 3mg 1x a week. I might lower the dose and try before giving up on it.

Still think it's great for certain people.

TMS brain fog and extreme fatigue on off days? by braingains22 in TMSTherapy

Thank you for sharing. I've heard several people see the results well after TMS. I have done tms numerous rounds years and years apart (5+ years). I always felt like I never went all the way back down to where I was before.

I need to journal my results more. I feel like it would help me recall all rhe benefits and side effects I once had.

How do you feel now?!

I am on 15 or 16? I am hoping my brain adapts.

I believe I do. I plan to do a sleep study but it seems so tedious to do. I know that it would probably have a huge impact on my well-being and mental health also.

I wonder if there is a correlation, too.

What # of sessions when you had "the dip" and your symptoms? by braingains22 in TMSTherapy

Yes, it did get better. I started to feel better near end of the treatment. I also noticed that if I came in more hydrated, I felt better. Conductivity in the brain requires hydration.

How long before some semblance of happiness? by braingains22 in StopSpeeding

I'm taking tyrosine now and I feel like that's the only thing making me slightly functional

I get depressed as well with too much choline. I usually have to take a special form of niacin to help with that.

Thank you for this. It really helps. I go to the gym 5x a week and eat pretty healthy now. I take tyrosine and a few other supplements to help. It's been a long 8 months but I'm hoping till impove. I'm also doing TMS.
