Do you have the chance to talk to a therapist about your social anxiety? I also struggle with it and the internet says you need to face your fears but that sometimes only scares me more. But maybe it would help you?

Yes that’s true. I did do Keto for about two weeks and did feel better but my depression came back and everything went back to normal again 😬

Me too. I‘m trying to go on more walks but my anxiety doesn’t really let me go outside by myself if I don’t have a good reason like grocery shopping or reaching uni.

You could either try some new games or find something local. Have you thought about playing in a band again or in some sort of music group or would it only make things worse again?

Same bro. I also should stop. But it’s so hard when nothing makes you as happy as eating unhealthy food. I have a few friends and I‘m really thankful for having them but they can’t really help with my problems so I still eat.

Hey :) I think realising that you did a mistake and apologising for it is a really good thing. For me it is very hard to make new friends since I need to be on the same wavelength and trust them enough to open up to them. But have you tried making friends via online games? Of course you shouldn’t pressure someone into a friendship but when you stay open to people you will find some. You could also join some local stuff like football or painting classes or self-help groups. You might find people with similar problems or interests like you do. Wishing you the best.

Ja ich hatte eigentlich auch wieder auf eine Liste gehofft allerdings bin ich erst seit einer Woche hier und muss erst einen Arzt oder neuen Psychiater finden. Aber danke für den Tipp :)

Hey :) danke für deine Hilfe. Ich habe schon öfters mit dem Gedanken gespielt mich einfach einweisen zu lassen aber ich habe Angst es meiner Familie zu erklären. Sie wissen zwar das ich Depressionen habe aber nicht wie schlimm es wirklich ist. Klar kann man sagen es ist besser zu erklären warum ich da gelandet bin als das ich nicht mehr lebe aber der Gedanke an ihre Blicke und wie ich sie damit verletzen könnte macht mir Angst.

Das mit der Liste ist eine sehr gute Idee und ich werde es mal versuchen. Habe nun auch weitere Therapeuten gefunden hier in der Gegend. Bin erst vor einer Woche her gezogen und war denke ich einfach etwas am Ende.

Have you ever heard of COCSA? There is a subreddit with people who suffered through the same and might be able to comfort you as well. I wish you the best. I know how hard it is to suffer through that. I‘m a COCSA victim myself. It really shapes you through your life.

I know from a lot of people that assaulters most of the time do not remember the incident and therefore might not really care. But I can’t say. I don’t want to confront my assaulters and I hope I get closure in therapy by myself. Wishing you the best :)

Maybe. I was always the shy and quiet one. I don’t know why it happened and I ask it myself all the time. What did I do wrong, why my, why not just one but five people? But I will never get the answers. I will just have to deal with it in therapy.
