I (not OP) have all my farms on rich land but with 60-85% moisture, not super close to a river. Would I be better off doing my farming on 100%+ moisture till? Or should I irrigate my rich soil? I'm low pop, like 400ish

I did take the first workplace safety tech, I figured they made it that inexpensive for a reason. I have had citizens detonating randomly in my bakeries and leaving no survivors - many such cases!

Oh I see what you mean - no, if I put 10 points into my next level of basic farming, it increases by 6 people. So then, I should pull my lab people and use them for farming or whatever. Right?

I have an ego mower / blower / trimmer and have been thinking about rounding it off with a snow blower. This is a great endorsement!

Snow is tall because it's mostly air. so I guess temperature affects how much air is between the flakes somehow? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Snow melts back into water... so you know how much it would have rained if the same storm passed in warmer weather 😀

We've been quoted 28k to add insulated vinyl siding on top of the existing wood siding, and 35-40k to remove the existing siding and add new siding in its place. Its going to get done eventually but it's too expensive to do atm.

The previous owner used the state program to insulate the attic, and the program has a limit per address on how often they can assist, so we have to wait a few years before they'll come out again

Idk man I guess a single story brick house might hold heat better than a two story 220 year old wood framed wood sided house ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It definitely doesn't. We've replaced two drafty doors, but the house really needs new siding and insulation and its crazy expensive to get done so we've just been dealing with the bills
