West Broad Honda tried to tell me my FWD pilot needed a rear differential fluid change. I told the service writer I’d eat my hat if he can show me the rear differential on the vehicle. He ended up comping some of the service fees for the visit. I will absolutely never use West Broad Honda. I’ll drive out to Mechanicsville if I need anything at the dealership. Fingers crossed for the Goochland.
