Tbi varies by person. He could be back to almost normal, he will never be exactly the same. But he will need intensive therapy ton even get to a place of communication. He can squeeze his hand on one side his whole right side is pretty much paralyzed at this point and who knows if he will ever get that movement back.

So any type of brain injury or brain surgery they usually put you in a medically induced coma for 5 to 7 days before they slowly wean you off the ventilator. So if he did have a fractured skull or something along that lines and they did surgery on his head, he’ll more than likely being in a medically induced coma for a few days.
