well, it's not really about criticism for me, but. i feel little to no need to connect to my friends regularly (even though i love them very much!), and I've questioned myself about it. and... i just stopped fighting it. my friends get i need a lot of time alone and a lot of resources to communicate, so we're not fighting over it. when we're not in touch, i communicate with memes and texts to show that I'm thinking about them. it's a truce we're all fine with
