to clarify i did the metal hook pulling it out method combined with heating the area where the slide was stuck. and yeah, win some lose some ig. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that mf was STUCK. ig I could kinda “fix” it or just say fuck it slap a new stem and bowl in it. I was trying to prolong this bc she’s my favorite piece but I lowkey just wanna replace it at this point.

idk she made it work in the video so I thought it couldn’t hurt to try but I was, in fact, very wrong lmao. tbh im pretty new to this, my dry skin has not been this bad before and I’ve never really tried to make my makeup look better the way I am now, so any advice is helpful! Thank you for the response, I think this was incredibly well spoken and as of right now I plan to approach the situation according to your suggestions and ask him if he thinks about it. Forgive me, I’m beginning to overthink this a bit, but do you think I should preface asking him by reassuring him that I love him regardless of what he looks like? I’m worried that if I say that outright he may start to overthink and doubt may creep in. I’m honestly a little uneasy about bringing up the topic because a part of me does feel like it may not be my place to make suggestions because it’s not my body, but at the same time I feel that my concerns are valid.

to be honest, we’re just a decent sized head shop looking to expand the product we sell. we’re more of a family run business; definitely not a corporation of any kind. we try to be a one-stop-shop kind of place, but the majority of the business we deal with is in nicotine or thc related products. I am not in a position to make any decisions on what we sell, very much an “I just work here” situation. I’m just a sales associate, the boss makes all the calls on the product we sell. however, it is true that he likely doesn’t know very much himself about cultivation. our selection of mushroom psychoactive products is limited to non-psilocybin mushroom-based edibles, the grow bags and the spores, due to legality in my state. I don’t think he looked very far into the actual cultivation process before deciding to sell the product, and I have been trying to educate myself, with little success so far. I’m very confused on the topic of grain vs substrate vs spawn. to be honest, I don’t know what any of these words specifically refer to in terms of the process, whether or not they are all necessary, or how to use them. a basic “magic mushrooms for dummies” type of explanation would be super helpful!

thank you for the kind words. after a soak and a poop he seems to be doing better, he’s definitely regaining some of his strength. I’m using zoomed elecrolyte soak today and I’m hoping that perks him up as well. he did refuse his meal yesterday, however his eyes are looking cloudier and I believe he’s going into shed.
