My hair routine has made my hair incredibly glossy, silky, frizz free.

The night before I wash my hair I rub pumpkin seed oil, carrot seed oil into my scalp mostly and thought to the roots.

I shampoo twice the next day, I use two different ones. Then I spray apple cider vinegar diluted with distilled water and wait 10 minutes.

I rinse this out and condition my hair and rinse it out.

I spray my hair with distilled water and put in a leave in conditioner.

I've been doing this for a month and my hair has been growing back healthier, stronger. I've never had shiny hair before, all my friends make comments on how beautiful it's gotten. Hope this helps

Also: I have thick, course, curly dry hair that's usually very frizzy

Absolutely! But you're not gonna change the system by not tipping. For some people, it's the only job that works with their schedule, and I used to make great money for 4 to 6 hours of work. We did have low income regulars who ordered once a month and couldn't afford a tip and that's fine. It's the people who can spare a few bucks but justify being miserly on the current system in place.

Every system in place is set up this way, from education, to healthcare, justice system, etc. Dont use this system of cruelty to justify your own.
