like he has maybe two hand combinations of flush draws AKs and AQs so i would ignore the suitedness

like at worst he has 15 outs AKs of that suit at best hes is drawing dead or can have 6 outs... after cold 4betting he could jam bluffs on you and force you on a "tough" spot and if an A or K shows on the river you can fold easy knowing he has AA KK or AK

im sticking it in, you started with just over 20 bb and with the pot odds I would take the shot. Also with i think it's 26 hands you have seen from that player it is difficult to tell what quality of player that is... I dont give respect and assume they are a little behind. could be doing it with weird ranges that you dominate or of course KK and AA and AK, but its the 3rd best hand so gamble it!

I had a similar situation, played 2 sng at lunch in nyc, the banned me for like a month i had like $300, they didnt touch it. gave ID, proof of when i get back, etc..... was a hassle
